Article 8. Ad hoc Committees

The Executive shall, from time to time, name, by resolution, ad hoc committees with specific terms of reference.

Oops, this Article 8 should of course find itself immed'ly AFTER Article 7 and immed'ly BEFORE Article 9. I got my backwards-posting for forwards-reading backwards on this one. Sorry.
