11.1 These By-Laws may be amended at any General Meeting by a two-thirds majority of members present and voting plus members voting by proxy, provided that a written Notice of Proposed Amendment is provided to Active Members at or before the provision to Active Members of the Notice of General Meeting.
11.2 Amendments may be made to the proposed By-Law Amendment by simple majority vote of Active Members present and voting, except that no Amendment to a proposed By-Law amendment may increase the modification of the Article to be amended.
