The Constitutional Conference has spoken. Immediately below you will find the Statement of Purpose as well as all Articles in our newly established By-Laws, as amended and approved in Toronto last week. The text below is my best effort to reflect the will of the Group, based on my notes during the session chaired by Dr. Guy Van Vliet. Please review the final version here, and offer any challenges to the text if you feel I have not properly documented the will of the Group. I will then triple-check my notes and correct if necessary.
